Timothy Lloyd Bishop, better known as NintendoCapriSun plays through video games and records the whole thing while talking you through it.
We get to see him fully complete all sorts of video games, while listening to his informative explaining of what's going on in the game. What makes him
so awesome is how he, without trying, makes it all funny. When you least expect it he also has a tendensy to randomly throw movie quotes at you.
I'm not sure if that's something he does alot or if he even got the idea from someone else, but nontheless; I like it. Allthough his channel says comedian,
NintendoCapriSun isn't the typical comedian. He doesn't tell jokes, or swear repeatedly for comedic effect. He's funny in the way that I think is uniquelly
his own. The way he talks will put you in a happy mood. He points out things you would normally not think of as funny and make you aware of the weirdness
or stupidity of what we've become so used to seeing (in video games) we don't notice it ourselves but rather blindly accept it.
"Dude. Schtop it! schtop it! Thats what I say sometimes
like if, like If I know that nobody's listening
I say stuff like that, like schtop it."
"I remember sitting there in the chair, and when I gained a new level which took like an hour to do, I would sit there and put my arm up in
the air like I was all victorious. Even though I didn't know what I was doing. I was just happy to gain a level. And my dad was in the room
playing guitar, he must have thought I was a total dumbass. Just looking back, my future self thinks he's a dumbass for that."
CapriSun was born in Upper Michigan, moved to Florida at the age of 4, moved to Georgia when he was 12, and the he moved again, to Wisconsin at the
age of 22. From there he has been making videos like this for a pretty long time now. The first video he made was a complete "Let's Play Video" of Final Fantasy 6
When he's not making videos, he bakes doughnuts (at night), for the bakery department at a grocerystore-chain called "Pick N' Save". Even though I must
admit that sounds like a sweet job, I think everyone can agree that it's about time someone starts paying him for his videos, because they are so entertaining,
and because we want more!. Less baking, more video-making! Wow, that rhymez. And it also sums up this weeks article about the great NintendoCapriSun
